15 years ago on March 24, 1999, NATO, the largest military alliance in
history, began a bombing campaign against Serbia on a consecutive
24-hour basis for a total of 78 days and nights without pause. NATO
savagery did not discriminate between military and civilian targets as
warplanes continued to attack throughout the Christian Holy Week,
especially on Easter Sunday of the Orthodox Christian calendar. Some of
the bombs that were dropped by English and American pilots had "Happy
Easter" and "Do you still wanna be a Serb now?" written on them.
